Everything in BRoller
BRoller is a workspace for the whole life of a social post: the media, the copy, the send, and the numbers that come back. Here is what each part does.
The deck editor
A BRoller post starts as a deck. You drop in photos, screenshots and b roll frames, and BRoller lays each one out at 4:5, the shape TikTok photo posts render at without cropping. Anything wider than that gets padded against a colour sampled from the image itself rather than being centre cropped, so a wide product shot keeps its subject instead of losing the edges.
- Reorder by drag. The first slide is the hook, so it is pinned to the top of the editor and gets its own preview at phone size.
- Safe area overlay. A dotted guide shows where the TikTok interface sits over your image, so captions do not end up under the like button.
- Per slide text. Each slide holds one line. BRoller places it on the calmest region of the image, measured by local contrast, and picks light or dark type to match.
- Version history. Every save keeps the previous state of the deck for seven days, so a bad edit is one click back.
Caption drafting
You can write every line yourself. If you would rather start from something, BRoller reads the images in the deck and drafts a caption per slide plus a post description. Drafts are suggestions in a side panel; nothing is written into the deck until you accept it.
- House style pass. A single pass runs over the finished deck and flags inconsistent capitalisation, stray double spaces and lines that overflow the safe area.
- Hook variants. BRoller offers three alternative first lines for the same deck so you can pick the one that reads best out loud.
- Hashtag suggestions drawn from the tags already present on your own recent posts, not from a generic trending list.
Sending to TikTok
When the deck is ready, BRoller sends it to the drafts of the TikTok account you connected. It arrives in the TikTok app under Drafts, where you review it, add sound and publish. BRoller does not publish on your behalf.
- Connect through TikTok. Authorisation happens on TikTok's own login screen. BRoller never sees your TikTok password.
- Draft first, always. The post lands as a draft so the last look is yours.
- Send status. The editor polls the upload until TikTok confirms the draft exists, and tells you plainly if it failed and why.
- Disconnect any time from inside BRoller, or revoke access from TikTok settings. Either one ends BRoller's access immediately.
Your numbers
Once an account is connected, BRoller reads back your own profile stats and your own public video list, and keeps a daily snapshot so you can see movement rather than a single frozen number.
| What you see | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Account name, avatar, bio, verified badge | Your TikTok profile |
| Followers, following, likes, video count | Your TikTok account statistics |
| Your public posts with views, likes, comments and shares | Your own public video list |
| Follower change day over day | BRoller's own daily snapshot of the numbers above |
BRoller reads your account and nothing else. It does not read your For You feed, it does not read other people's accounts, and it does not sell data. The Privacy Policy covers this in full.
Working across a week
Most people who use BRoller post several times a week, so the app is built around a queue rather than a single post.
Queue view
Every deck you have built, grouped by state: drafting, sent to TikTok, published, archived.
Duplicate a deck
Copy a deck that worked and swap the media. The layout, type treatment and caption structure carry over.
Saved looks
Store a font, colour and text position combination as a look and apply it to any new deck in one click.
Export
Download the rendered 4:5 images if you would rather upload them by hand or reuse them elsewhere.
Accounts and permissions
BRoller connects one TikTok account per workspace. The permissions it asks for map one to one onto the features above, and each one is explained on screen before you approve it.
| Permission | Used for |
|---|---|
user.info.basic | Identify which account you connected |
user.info.profile | Show the account name, avatar and bio in BRoller |
user.info.stats | Show follower, like and video counts, and track them over time |
video.list | List your own public posts and their performance |
video.upload | Send a finished deck into your TikTok drafts |
New to BRoller? The first post walkthrough takes about ten minutes end to end, from empty deck to a draft sitting in the TikTok app.
