Frequently asked questions
Short answers. The guides go deeper.
BRoller and TikTok
Does BRoller post to TikTok for me?
No. BRoller sends your finished deck to the Drafts section of your TikTok account. You open the TikTok app, review it, add sound and publish it yourself. This is a design decision, not a limitation we plan to remove.
Does BRoller see my TikTok password?
No. You sign in on TikTok's own login page. TikTok hands BRoller a token that represents your approval. The password never touches BRoller.
What exactly can BRoller read from my account?
Your profile details, your account statistics, and your own public video list. It cannot read your For You feed, your direct messages, your private or draft videos, or anybody else's account. Full list in the connection guide.
How do I disconnect?
Press Disconnect in BRoller, or remove BRoller under Settings, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions in the TikTok app. Either one ends access immediately.
Can I connect more than one account?
One account per workspace on Free and Creator. Up to five on Studio.
Using the app
What image formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG and HEIC. BRoller converts HEIC on import. Video frames can be brought in as stills; BRoller does not currently edit video timelines.
How many slides can a deck hold?
Thirty five, which is TikTok's limit for a photo post. Six to twelve is where almost every post that works actually sits.
Are the drafted captions written by a machine?
Yes, when you ask for them. They appear as suggestions in a side panel and are never applied to your deck until you accept them. You can ignore the feature entirely and write everything yourself.
Can I download the rendered images?
Yes, on every plan. Export gives you the 4:5 images exactly as they would be sent.
My draft did not arrive. What now?
Work through when a send fails. It covers every failure BRoller can report, in order of how often it happens.
Data and privacy
Do you sell my data?
No, on any plan. BRoller has no advertising business and no data brokerage business. The Privacy Policy states this in binding language.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Your decks, media, tokens and recorded statistics are deleted. Backups roll off within thirty days. Write to support@limed.tech if you need confirmation in writing.
Where is my data stored?
On infrastructure in the United States and the European Union. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Billing
Is there a free plan?

Within thirty days, yes, by email, no form. See Pricing.
