BRoller Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
BRoller ("BRoller", "we", "us") is a social media content management service operated by LIMED CONSULTING LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what BRoller collects, why it collects it, and what it does with it. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use BRoller.
Who we are
BRoller is operated by LIMED CONSULTING LLC. You can reach us at privacy@limed.tech for any question about this policy or about the data BRoller holds on you.
What BRoller collects
Account information. When you create a BRoller account we store the email address and account name you give us, so we can identify you and contact you about the service.
TikTok account data. When you connect a TikTok account to BRoller, TikTok sends us an access token and your basic profile information (your open ID, display name, and avatar) under the user.info.basic scope. BRoller uses this only to show you which account you are posting to and to attach your posts to the right account.
Content you upload. Images, videos, captions, and scheduling details you create in BRoller are stored so BRoller can render them and publish them to the destinations you choose.
Technical data. BRoller records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error traces) to keep the service running and to diagnose faults.
BRoller does not collect your TikTok password. Authentication happens on TikTok's own login page through TikTok Login Kit, and BRoller never sees your credentials.
How BRoller uses TikTok data
BRoller uses the TikTok Content Posting API for one purpose: to publish the photo and video content that you have created in BRoller and explicitly chosen to post, to the TikTok account you have explicitly connected.
- user.info.basic to display your connected account so you can confirm you are posting to the right profile.
- video.upload and video.publish to send your content to TikTok when you press publish or when a post you scheduled comes due.
BRoller does not read your TikTok feed, does not access your followers, does not post without an explicit action from you, and does not use TikTok data to build advertising profiles.
What BRoller does not do
- BRoller does not sell your personal data. Not to anyone, in any form.
- BRoller does not share your TikTok data with third parties for their own marketing.
- BRoller does not use your content to train machine learning models.
- BRoller does not post to your account on its own initiative.
Service providers
BRoller relies on a small number of processors to operate: cloud hosting and storage for your content, and an AI provider that generates caption suggestions when you ask for one. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contract to handle the data only for the purpose of delivering BRoller. Caption generation sends the text and images of the deck you are working on, and nothing about your TikTok account.
Retention and deletion
BRoller keeps your content for as long as your account is open, so the service can show you your own history. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
You can disconnect a TikTok account from inside BRoller at any time. Doing so deletes the stored TikTok access token immediately, and BRoller loses all access to that account.
You can delete your BRoller account at any time by writing to privacy@limed.tech. On deletion we remove your account record, your uploaded content, and any stored TikTok tokens within 30 days.
You may also revoke BRoller's access from TikTok directly, under Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data BRoller holds about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it in a portable form, and to object to some processing. Write to privacy@limed.tech and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
BRoller stores access tokens encrypted at rest, transmits all data over TLS, and limits internal access to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users without undue delay if a breach affects their personal data.
Children
BRoller is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to privacy@limed.tech and we will delete it.
International transfers
BRoller is operated from the United States, and data may be processed there. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required for transfers from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as BRoller changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
