BRoller Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of BRoller, a social media content management service operated by LIMED CONSULTING LLC ("we", "us"). By creating a BRoller account or using BRoller, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BRoller.
What BRoller does
BRoller lets you assemble images and video into posts, write and edit the copy that goes on them, and publish or schedule those posts to social media accounts you connect, including TikTok.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to hold an account on every platform you connect. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. Tell us at support@limed.tech if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Connecting a TikTok account
When you connect TikTok to BRoller, you authorize BRoller to publish content to that account on your behalf, and only when you ask it to, whether that is by pressing publish or by scheduling a post in advance.
You confirm that you own the connected account or are authorized to act for the person or business that does.
Your use of TikTok through BRoller is also governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. BRoller does not override them, and nothing in these Terms grants you rights on TikTok that TikTok itself does not grant you.
You can disconnect a TikTok account from inside BRoller at any time, or revoke BRoller's access from TikTok's own settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload to BRoller. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service: to store your content, process it, render it into posts, and transmit it to the platforms you have chosen.
You are responsible for the content you publish through BRoller. You confirm that you hold the rights to it, including rights to any music, images, footage, or trademarks it contains, and that publishing it does not break the law or the rules of the platform you are publishing to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BRoller to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or that sexualizes minors.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Post spam, run engagement farms, or operate accounts in a coordinated way designed to mislead.
- Break the terms, community guidelines, or developer policies of TikTok or any other connected platform.
- Attack, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to BRoller or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious.
AI generated suggestions
BRoller can suggest captions and copy using an AI model. Suggestions are drafts, not finished work. You are responsible for reviewing anything BRoller suggests before you publish it, and for making sure it is accurate and appropriate.
Availability
We aim to keep BRoller running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. BRoller depends on third party platforms whose APIs can change, rate limit, or fail, and we are not responsible when a publish fails for reasons on their side. We may change or discontinue features.
Fees
Where BRoller offers a paid plan, the price and billing period are shown before you buy. Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimers
BRoller is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that BRoller will be error free, or that any post will reach any particular audience.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIMED CONSULTING LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from your use of BRoller. Our total liability for any claim relating to BRoller is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LIMED CONSULTING LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you publish through BRoller or from your breach of these Terms.
Termination
You can stop using BRoller and delete your account at any time by writing to support@limed.tech. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination your right to use BRoller ends, and we handle your data as described in the BRoller Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do we update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use BRoller after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
